Challenge Week 2 Update

Week 2 has ended! I feel good about this challenge. It's getting so much easier. No sweets and fried foods....I hardly think about them anymore. While I was gone in Pennsylvania, we went out to eat a lot, which was hard. But you really just need to stay away from the fried and sweet stuff. I would get like spaghetti, or sandwiches, salads, etc. I did for 3 days have a craving for an ice cream sundae. I just had to have it. So after 3 days, I gave in. And then my stomach felt a little upset! I couldn't believe it. It tasted so good! But I guess when you quit eating that stuff and then you eat it, it doesn't agree with you b/c your body isn't used to it. My family got dessert every time we went out to eat, but I just looked away!! The first night we went out to eat, I thought to myself, "I can't wait till this challenge is over"...but then I reminded myself, even when it's over, I still have to have control. I need to bump up my exercising. Either add time to each session, or add another day or 2 each week. I'm not losing any weight, but I have lost fractions of inches in each area, which is great. That was another goal for me. If I continue to lose the inches the pounds should follow and by the end, I should reach my goal...so i think. Hope everyone else is seeing the results they want!!!
